We specialise in acoustic panels, many of which are large and bulky. Because of this, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, number of panels, and delivery location. All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout for maximum transparency.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom or made-to-order acoustic panels may take longer — you will receive a clear estimated dispatch date when you place your order.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total dimensions and weight of your order.
• Standard Delivery: Usually 1–2 days after dispatch (tracked).
• Express options may be available depending on the size of your order.
Important notes for acoustic panels:
• Larger or multiple panels may require specialist courier services or pallet delivery.
• Remote areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, etc.) may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
• We recommend entering your postcode at checkout to see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges in your country.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Expectations
• Once dispatched, most UK deliveries take 1–2 days.
• We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed due to the size of our products.
• Under UK law, we must deliver within 30 days unless a different date has been agreed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
• If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
• For damaged items, please notify us with clear photos within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a resolution quickly.
